· As your trainer, my role is to help develop a lifestyle adjustment, and the ability and confidence to maintain a lifestyle adjustment. One step at a time.
· Through research training that will encourage you to identify your fitness vision, motivation, obstacles and strategies to overcome obstacles, develop and commit to a lifestyle adjustment.
· I will listen to you carefully and without judgment or my own agenda.
· Whenever possible, I will ask questions and encourage you to reach your own answers.
· I will encourage realistic expectations and goals
· I will live and farm with back if necessary.
· I will help identify creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
· I will provide tips and instructions for engineering fitness in your busy life.
· I will be punctual and responsive.
· I acknowledge earlier if the chemistry is right or is not optimal, and if not optimal, I refer you to another coach.
I'll recognize when you have a problem that is beyond my scope of knowledge and skills and to recommend other ways.
