· As your trainer, my role is to help develop a lifestyle adjustment, and the ability and confidence to maintain a lifestyle adjustment. One step at a time.
· Through research training that will encourage you to identify your fitness vision, motivation, obstacles and strategies to overcome obstacles, develop and commit to a lifestyle adjustment.
· I will listen to you carefully and without judgment or my own agenda.
· Whenever possible, I will ask questions and encourage you to reach your own answers.
· I will encourage realistic expectations and goals
· I will live and farm with back if necessary.
· I will help identify creative solutions to overcome obstacles.
· I will provide tips and instructions for engineering fitness in your busy life.
· I will be punctual and responsive.
· I acknowledge earlier if the chemistry is right or is not optimal, and if not optimal, I refer you to another coach.
I'll recognize when you have a problem that is beyond my scope of knowledge and skills and to recommend other ways.

How do you come to know if a person is suffering from video game addiction? Determined thought of the gaming activity, tolerance to the long hours of playing, inability to control restlessness and irritability when prevented from actually playing the game, lying about the extent of involvement to a virtual game and prolongation of the activity despite the unfavorable consequences that it may bring can be the possible symptoms of the video game addiction.
